Sun City Sings!
We sing a wide range of songs in four-part harmony, including pop, choral, jazz, folk and everything in between.
Two concerts, on the first Friday of December and April, are held at American Lutheran Church. Admission $10; kids 16 and under free.
There are no auditions; prior experience singing in a chorus and reading music are advantageous but not required.
You need not be a resident of Sun City and all ages are welcome.
Rehearsals are Tuesdays 9-11:00 from September to April.

Sun City Sings! is a BIG sound, and it's close to home (I'm a Sun City resident just blocks away from rehearsals). The songs Shelley chooses are pretty and, importantly, challenging. I'm learning about music, transported by the aesthetics, and having fun as I belt out my part. The director and accompanist are first rate.

I've been searching for a quality singing group since COVID. I found what I was looking for in Sun City Sings! Thanks to the folks who have combined resources and early dedication, to create an atmosphere of cooperation and the desire to strive for excellence. And I'm having fun!

I love the choir. I’ve sung in many musicals and singing groups for many years. It’s been a few years since I’ve joined a choir. This group is fabulous group. The quality of the singers, their fantastic personalities, and the director’s skills and knowledge has made the future of this choir a bright and successful one. Thanks so much!

What I like about the Sun City Sings experience is getting back to singing after a 14 year stand down. It is a congenial group and I derive good vibes from being part of it.
